About this Store

Our store has been open since 2015, happily serving the Painesville community. We are located on Mentor Avenue, conveniently in the Giant Eagle plaza. Our VIP PetCare Clinic opened in 2020; however, they are currently closed every other Saturday. Call us for their schedule! We have a grooming salon full of wonderful groomers. They love to give your pups the spa day they deserve! Make sure to book an appointment or talk with one of the groomers to see what would be best for your pup! Our Store Team Leader, Marcus, has a cavapoo named Izzy (the princess of the household), a sharpei/rottie mix named Annie (the royal guardian) and a pit/sharpei/velociraptor mix named Zoey (who acts like the jester of the group). As if that wasn't enough, there is the leader of the cavalry guard, Lacey, our paint pony. Our Assistant Store Lead, Sam, has many animals ranging from lizards to guinea pig to a dog. Her dog makes frequent stops in our store and we have even made a nickname for him as "Beef tip" She is probably our biggest animal lover here. She use to take care of all the animals in our building and her hard work and dedication have led her to a promotion!
