To receive rewards and benefits, your Preferred Pet Club Number should be used each time you make a purchase at a Pet Supplies Plus store. Purchases made without a number will not be credited towards your Pet Supplies Plus Preferred Pet Club account. Your card number may be retrieved by a cashier through your telephone number, email address, or name and zip code if you supplied us with these when you signed up for the Pet Supplies Plus Preferred Pet Club.
