Meet the Owners

Our store, owned by the Milano Family, is fully committed to doing everything we can to advance the cause of animal welfare in the communities we serve. Kim Gilmour, our General Manager, has worked with us for 16 years, and has a 13-year-old mixed breed mutt that she rescued from the Indianapolis Humane Society. Neesha Wilson, our Assistant Manager, has been with us for 4 years, and has birds, cats and dogs. Faith Howard, our other Assistant Manager, has worked with us for 5 years, and has a stray cat she rescued and tropical fish.
