Probably not; although some cats will immediately take
to a new kind of litter, others must be introduced to
the change gradually. Mix one-third of the new litter
with two-thirds old litter for one week, followed by a
half-and-half blend the second week, then 100 percent
new litter the third week. The litter box and its
location in the house should not be changed during this
transition period.
