Water

Reptiles and amphibians need access to fresh drinking water at all times. A shallow water bowl that has been weighted or anchored to prevent overturning should be included in the terrarium.

Terrarium pets will use a water bowl for drinking and soaking. Be sure that the water level is shallow enough to prevent drowning. If larger "pools" are set up in a terrarium, a ramp-like structure or slope should be available, so the pet can climb out of the water.
